​Established by Maryland H.B. 831/S.B. 723, the Maryland Food System Resiliency Council (FSRC) is a formally appointed body that meets regularly to spearhead a multiagency, collaborative initiative: engaging experts in food resiliency across Maryland in better addressing food insecurity and food resilience issues across the state.
