Welcome to the Archive!



​In our role as a coordinator of everything from federal and state funding, to statewide emergency management training, to realtime disaster response, and more, MDEM publishes a significant amount of documents. Reflecting our varied roles, these documents can range from the smallest of meeting minutes to extremely long, comprehensive response plans.

To help Marylanders more easily navigate that quantity, we've created this specialized home for storing and organizing each item we publish. You'll find them organized by categories below. Choosing a category will take you to a dedicated space for its documents, divided by year.
